Etihad Aviation Training currently offers MPL training for Etihad Airways cadets on A320 and B787. Previously, similar programs were developed and offered to other airlines and training partners for their Ab-initio programs.

Once you are selected by an airline to be part of their cadet program, EAT will support your training journey by offering high-quality training in our state-of-the-art facilities.

The typical duration of a cadet pilot program is approximately 22 months. This timeframe includes the comprehensive training plan from the program's initiation to the issuance of the Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL).
